GSR's educational offerings include our adult (16+) Capital Vibes program, our Vibes I program, and our youth program.
Under the guidance of Music Director Joan Fossum, ringers of all ages and experience levels will learn about bells, chimes, ringing techniques, and musicianship -- and experience the joy and friendships that make the handbell community so wonderful.
